Is there a setup fee to sign up with your company?

We do not charge a setup fee. Instead, we offer a free consultation to assess your property and for us to learn more about your needs. We only start earning when you start earning, and it is our mission to make you as successful as possible.

Who pays for cleaning, linen and amenities?

The fee will depend on the size of the property and our cleaning manager would need to see the property in person in order to give an accurate quote.

What kind of occupancy rate can I expect?

We aim for an 85% occupancy rate for the entire year and this is very achievable. In high season, occupancy rates sky-rocket to above 90% as well so this more than makes up for the lower income received in the low season.
